I find if...I hear you about the weight-loss issue. I find if I'm really working out regularly, I'll have the same results as you: up a few pounds, down a few pounds. But then, after a month or two I'll suddenly drop three or four pounds. Then it's up and down and up and down. Then I'll drop three or four.<br /><br />It's an exercise in patience, that's for sure. I can enjo...The layer of ice has forced me inside. I can enjoy a run in the cold, and follow most of those suggestions. I am not a weight person, but read your taking some weight off post with interest. I am working at getting at what I call my "fighting weight".
