November Running Song of the Month!

Let's get kooky!

If this month's song doesn't get you moving (and singing along with the "do do do" sections) then you might as well be dead. This is just a song to make you feel great. So let's head back to England and meet up with the young lads from the Kooks! They've got a bunch of good tunes from their first two albums, but you just can't beat the energy of "Always Where I Need To Be." This one is a 5k song for sure. Just put it on repeat and go bust that sub-20:00 PR!

Enjoy.
