After a tough 9 mile tempo workout yesterday, we "rested" with a 7 mile easy workout today. My legs were tired and frankly a little creaky, but my pace was surprisingly good.

If you recall, my easy Friday run from last week, after a tough tempo run, was awful. In fact, it was horrible. Maybe my worst run of the program so far.
So the fact that I felt good today, and kept a solid pace, is, hopefully, a sign that I'm rounding into form.
