Hansons Marathon Method - Review in Progress - Day 28 of 123

What do you know? It's already Thursday again...

That means it's tempo day. So a half-mile warmup, a 6 mile tempo run at 7:47 (just under my goal pace of 7:49) and a half-mile cooldown, for 7 miles total.

I ran it on the treadmill again, which some might think would make it easier, but if anything, I think the consistency of speed and absolutely no stopping at stoplights, or crosswalks or slowing for uphills or being helped by downhills...I think the treadmill is just as tough, if not tougher, for a tempo run.

It trashed me pretty good anyway.
