Hansons Marathon Method - Review in Progress - Days 24 and 25 of 123



Well, that was a tough one.

OK, as I mentioned a couple of days ago, I've strayed from the Hansons plan for just a few days. Why? To run the Run for the Hills 30k. Yeah, it was long. And hilly. And I took a wrong turn at the very end. I'll write a full review soon, but check out the elevation profile above.

As for the Hanson's, I'll get back on track tomorrow, but here's what the last three days should have been and what they actually were.

Friday:
Hansons: 6 miles easy
R's: 4 miles easy

Saturday:
Hansons: 8 miles easy
R's: 3 miles easy

Sunday:
Hansons: 8 miles easy
R's: 18.6 very hard

Back at it tomorrow.
