Hansons Marathon Method - Review in Progress - Day 29 of 123
Just another easy Friday, but the Hansons bumped it up just a touch. Instead of the usual 6 miles easy, I had to run 7 miles easy.
Even though the pace doesn't look too bad...
I don't know if it's the whole "cumulative fatigue" thing or I'm still feeling the after-effects of the Run for the Hills 30k, but man, my legs are tired the past few days.
Ah well, onward and upward.
