Maybe saying "best band ever to come from Victoria" is faint praise, but I'm going to say it anyway.
Hot Hot Heat is truly the best band to ever come out of Victoria. Probably best band ever to come out of B.C. Canada? Well, I'll leave that to your judgement, but they are indeed a fantastic band.
Hot Hot Heat puts out jumpy, poppy, dance music that is perfect for running. My own personal favorite running song from HHH is "Bandages."
