Now personally, I listen to fast, uptempo music pretty much 100% of the time when I run. Slower stuff just doesn't do it for me. It basically just reminds me about how much pain I'm in.
But that's me. I know other running type people folks actually enjoy a slower song once in a while, especially on a long run.
So, thinking of you, as I always do, and because it was one of our favorite songs while in Hawaii, here's a running tune that's just a bit slower, but still ohsogood.
So here's Collie Buddz and his super-smooth "Holiday." Collie is from Bermuda, and the proximity to Jamaica definitely paid off.
Man, this song is just so, so good. If you're feeling a bit down, this one will totally perk you back up. It's also a great song to put on the speakers if work is getting just a little stressful. This one puts your mood right back on the islands.
