Is this the oddest song I've ever featured for the Best Running Song of the Month?

Yes. Yes, it is.

So the artist's name is Pogo. Check him out here and here.

Pogo takes little snippits of music, sounds, vocals, and noise from TV shows and movies, clips them together and mashes them up into wonderful little songs.

Here's another one of my favorites from Pogo. This one comes from the Pixar movie "Up."



And if you're looking for something much, much, less family-friendly: the Pogo cut using Pulp Fiction is just incredible.



It's interesting, I actually find the videos that go with these sort of distracting. If you listen to them without watching the video at the same time, I think you can appreciate that these songs are amazing works of art all on their own.
